Pivot Basketball Training is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to working with motivated young athletes to develop fundamental basketball skills, a strong work ethic, and a love of the game.  We believe consistent practice and hard work is the path to improvement--our motto is "Discipline is the Shortcut".

Matt Flinn, our founder and Executive Director, developed a love of basketball growing up 20 minutes from Indiana University during Bobby Knight's heyday.  He had a successful high school and college basketball career, then discovered a passion for coaching when he started coaching his oldest son.  After his tenure as director of the Woodinville Select program, Matt saw a need for high-level small group and individual basketball training in Woodinville and the surrounding areas.  Pivot Basketball Training was born!
